Adam from Maiden Brewing Company will be running a masterclass on kettle sours and fruit additions to beer.
Maiden Brewing Company is a small brewery and blendery based out of Wellington that specialises in wild, spontaneous and mixed fermentation. Adam will explore the process of making a modern day ‘quick’ sour beer, how recipe design plays a big role and why fruit can be an amazing addition to beer.
Join Adam from 6pm on Friday December 6th as he takes the class through four of the Multiverse series, Maiden’s core range of sours and unwraps the unique flavours in each can.
