Your invitation to a moving feast of three Organic Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs designed to showcase the impact of different winemaking techniques on a classic Kiwi style. Like any good feast, towards the end, things can get a little wild.
For mains, a mixture of classic and contemporary with a blend of 40% whole bunches pressed into barrel and stainless and 60% fermented on skins for 12 – 22 days.
