It is unmistakably gin with distinctive aromas of juniper and other gorgeous botanicals, with a touch of opulence from the saffron infusion. It is vibrant and refreshing, and plush and silky at the same time with whispering notes of earthy undertones and bright orange peel. Splendidly composed and expressed, making it highly enjoyable with added complexity.

Lavender Hill is a small farm located west of Auckland in Coatesville. It is family owned and run. At Lavender Hill they look to create high quality products that make use of the fresh, spray free harvests. Olives and lavender are hand harvested by Lavender Hill and they have one of the very few lavender oil stills in Auckland focusing producing high quality, small batch products. Their boutique shop sells high quality olive oil, lavender products as well as very special hand crafted Limoncello and gin all from their farm. The saffron is 100% organic saffron grown on a farm in Nelson.
