Brewed with our own Liberty malt, rice, noble hops and the most appropriate lager yeast, behold: The Divine Wind!
A dry lager. Only our 5th beer to not be dry hopped! “A bloody lovely little boring old plain pale lager.”
Garage Project x The Veil Fresh May IPA 7%
GP's first ever collaborative Fresh brewed with The Veil. The Veil, who are from Richmond Virginia, have become famous for their ‘juicy’ IPA’s, so much so that people regularly camp in their carpark overnight to make sure they’re first in line when they go on sale at the brewery.
The malt grist is a simple one - just ale malt and oats. The yeast is Burlington, a strain that’s synonymous with New England IPA’s. For the hops we’ve gone heavy with Citra, one of The Veil’s favourites, Australian Galaxy and harvest fresh Nelson Sauvin and Motueka from Freestyle farms.
Pour Man Yuzu & Lemograss Chu Hai Tap Cocktail 6.1%
Made with Japanese Yuzu Umeshu (Japanese citrus liqueur), Shochu (Japanese rice spirit), East Imperial Pink Grapefruit Soda, Lemongrass, Makrut Lime leaf and Thai Ginger. Bright, perfumy citrus with a marked Yuzu tang.
North End Saison Du Nectar Peach & Mango Sour 4.5%
Nectar is derived from the Greek word ‘nektar;’ the favoured drink of the Gods. In our brewery we favour Farmhouse style beer, and Saison Du Nectar hits the spot. The base beer is a Saison, the dried mango in the boil replaces the traditional Saison spices, yoghurt microbes create the sour character, and conditioning on the peaches adds the extra juiciness. The result is a tart, fruity, and refreshing flavour.
